Convention 2013 – Scrapbook Swap

In an effort to challenge myself, I signed up for a 12×12 double-paged layout scrapbook swap at Convention. Most of the products I used come from the 2013 Holiday catalog, but instead of doing a Christmas-themed layout, I made it more year-round “love” themed. I love the versatility of the colors in the “Seasons of . . . → Read More: Convention 2013 – Scrapbook Swap

Olive You – Best of Love 2013 Convention Swap

Finally had time to take pictures of my remaining Convention swaps. Here’s another card I made for the “Best Of … ” swap I was in. I never got around to ordering the stamp set with the “Olive You” sentiment, so I was thrilled when they brought this stamp back as part of the “Best . . . → Read More: Olive You – Best of Love 2013 Convention Swap

Convention 2013 – Mainstage Projects

More convention photos! I can finally post these, as the Holiday Catalog went live today. These photos are projects created by Stampin’ Up! Corporate team members and were taken during their general session presentations. I apologize for any fuzzy or blurry shots. In the interest of sharing what I love, I posted them all!

Best of Love 2013 Convention Swap

Another organized swap I participated in at Convention was for the “Best Of…” stamp sets. Through March 2014, Stampin’ Up! is releasing one “Best Of…” stamp set per month featuring stamps from the past along with one brand new image. I used the “Best of Love” stamp set to make this card, and it . . . → Read More: Best of Love 2013 Convention Swap

Convention 2013 – ALL the boards!

I’m not too happy with the program I used to upload photos last night, so I posted them over on my Picasa site so that you can zoom in and really see the cards and projects up close. Here are all the albums I have uploaded so far:

Convention 2013 – Display Boards

The convention display boards were artfully arranged this year to spell out words like “inspire”, “create”, “share what you love”, and other words. Unfortunately for me, there were always throngs of demonstrators around the boards and I wasn’t able to get a full shot of the words themselves. But I believe I took a picture . . . → Read More: Convention 2013 – Display Boards

Convention 2013 – Artisan Awards

Stampin’ Up! holds a contest each year to choose 10 demonstrators to serve on an Artisan Design Team. They narrowed down the entries to 20 people and then announced the winners at the Convention awards ceremony on Friday evening.

The album below contains photos of the 20 Artisan finalists’ projects. Some fabulously stunning work!

More convention display boards

I think I’ve finally uploaded all 700ish convention photos. Hooray – now I can move on from organization and start using them for inspiration!

Swap Sunday: Adhesive Holder

Before the opening session at Convention, I enjoyed chatting with the ladies around me and oohing and aahing over the swaps they’d received. One lady pulled out a trio of PVC couplers decorated in DSP and all of us squealed.

We squealed, not because we thought they were pretty plumbing supplies, but because . . . → Read More: Swap Sunday: Adhesive Holder

Convention 2012 – Punch Clown Swap

I participated in an organized swap at convention that consisted of punch art – things created using Stampin’ Up! punches.

I made a clown for my swaps. Didn’t seem like a big deal when I was making one, but boy was I tired of punching and gluing by the time I had 51 of them . . . → Read More: Convention 2012 – Punch Clown Swap
